Marwan El Daly
Chairman and Founder
Dr. Marwan El-Daly, Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Notion International School. He holds a B.A. in Language and Literature from Cairo University in 1997. After receiving his Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarian Leadership at American World Open University and following his eagerness in Education, he founded Notion International School in 2015. Dr. Marwan Participated in the third International Conference on Quality Assurance for Education” Learning for the Present and the Future” at Arab Republic of Egypt. Dr. Marwan is an active participant in IB workshops and conferences to cultivate excellence in Education.
Lama Kalash

Lama Kalash is a dynamic international school leader with a track record of shaping innovative learning communities. As Assistant Principal, she drives curriculum design, staff development, and values-based initiatives that place well-being and student agency at the heart of learning. An active member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN), Lama serves as a bilingual consultant, workshop leader, programme leader, and evaluation leader—supporting schools worldwide in achieving excellence across the IB continuum. Recognized for her strategic mindset and human-centered leadership, Lama blends data-driven planning with deep cultural awareness, helping schools thrive as inclusive, forward-looking communities.


Lina Amin Kouzi
MYP Consultant
Dr. Lina Amin Kouzi is a dedicated educator and Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education. Over the years, she has been entrusted with various leadership roles, including Head of Departments, workshop leader for both the MYP and Diploma Programme, curriculum developer, and IB programme evaluator. Her current work focuses on promoting inclusive education, ensuring fair assessment practices, and nurturing student-centered learning environments. Dr. Kouzi is deeply passionate about empowering teachers and students alike, and she approaches every workshop and collaboration with reflection and a commitment to shared growth. At the heart of her vision lies a belief that education is, above all, a journey of building the human being—a mission that continues to guide and inspire her practice.

Hiba Chamandi
DP Consultant
Hiba Chamandi is a distinguished Lebanese educational leader with over 20 years of experience in international education and a proven record of impact within the International Baccalaureate (IB) community. She currently serves as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator and brings to the Board of Governors at Notion International School a wealth of expertise in curriculum leadership, school accreditation, and global education.Since beginning her IB journey in 2008 as a PYP homeroom teacher, Ms. Chamandi has played a pivotal role in guiding schools through every stage of the IB continuum. She has successfully prepared institutions for candidacy, authorization, and evaluation visits, consistently ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices. In 2015, she expanded her scope into the Diploma Programme, serving as Extended Essay Coordinator, teaching Theory of Knowledge, and since 2018, Global Politics. Her appointment as DP Coordinator in 2020 marked a period of significant growth, during which she led multiple self-studies and evaluations that strengthened programme quality and academic outcomes.Beyond her coordination responsibilities, Ms. Chamandi has been deeply engaged in leadership roles that extend student learning beyond the classroom. For seven years, she directed Model United Nations (MUN), fostering in students the values of diplomacy, global citizenship, and critical debate. Since 2018, she has served as an IB Global Politics Examiner, and in 2023 she was recognized as a Programme Leader within the IB Educator Network (IBEN)—a role that underscores her authority in mentoring educators and supporting schools worldwide.Her contributions also include curriculum development as part of the national English Language and Literature (K–12) committee, as well as leading professional development workshops across the region on concept-based learning and global citizenship education.Ms. Chamandi holds a BA in English Language and Literature and an MA in Migration Studies. With her extensive experience in programme leadership, teacher development, and curriculum innovation, she is dedicated to empowering schools to design sustainable IB programmes, elevate teaching practices, and nurture globally minded learners prepared for the future.
Mohamed Montasser
American Division Consultant
Mohamed Montasser has been graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, with a specialization in biomedical engineering. He began his professional career as a test and calibration engineer before advancing to serve as a Quality Manager for more than 20 years. During this time, he earned certifications from both the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) and the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), demonstrating his expertise in international quality standards.
In parallel with his engineering career, Montasser has dedicated more than 20 years to the field of education. He started as a Physics teacher for the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) and went on to teach physics courses across national and international programs at both school and university levels. He also taught mathematics for the American Diploma Program at the high school stage.
Throughout his educational career, he has held several leadership positions, beginning as Head of the Mathematics Department, then advancing to Academic Controller, Academic Coordinator, School Director, and later serving as a School Consultant for various educational organizations across Egypt.
At the national level, he was appointed as a member of the presidential committee tasked with evaluating and reforming the Egyptian national curricula in mathematics and sciences. On the international front, he has served as a team member with Cognia, the American accreditation body, participating in multiple review visits for American schools in Egypt and abroad.
With a strong background that bridges engineering, quality management, and education leadership, Montasser continues to contribute to the advancement of academic excellence, curriculum development, and institutional improvement both nationally and internationally.

Sofia Dourasse
Deputy Head of School
Mrs. Sofia is the head of PYP and coordinator and International Baccalaureate Educator. She attended Mohamed 5th University in Rabat, Morocco and graduated with a Bachelor’sDegree in Computer Science & Business Administration, majoring in Programming Language She also attended Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt and has a License of literature, French section, majoring in Translation She currently has enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Leadership in Education at University of Dundee.
Sherine Moustafa
MYP Coordinator
Ms. Sherine Moustafa is a seasoned IB Educator with an extensive experience in pedagogical leadership. She graduated from the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University - English Department, and has pursued a career in education over the past 13 years.
She has extensive experience working with students, especially those enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. Her experience also includes pedagogical leadership, community building, educational programmes and initiatives, teacher professional development, and wellbeing. She has become an expert in the use of educational technologies since taking on the role of online facilitator.
Ms. Sherine Moustafa has also taken on the MYP coordinator role and management as the MYP coordinator's assistant, personal project coordinator, and IBDP business management facilitator.
Ms. Sherine successfully completed the IB consulting and school accreditation visits.
